01 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on wild88, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wild88 strictly does not permit gaming by individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of wild88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

wild88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including during the account registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Providing false information regarding your eligibility is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances resulting from non-compliant activity.

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on wild88. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you submit during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. wild88 staff will never ask for your password or OTP code. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: Identity verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID. The name on your account must exactly match your submitted ID. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

03 Deposits

All deposits on wild88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the payment channel selected and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match your wild88 account details. wild88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts that do not match your KYC information may be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on wild88. All transactions are processed in PHP only.

Deposited funds are credited to your wild88 account balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. wild88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your name and matching your verified KYC details. wild88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified with an accepted Philippine government ID.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or holds.
• An OTP verification step must be completed at the time of the withdrawal request.

wild88 reserves the right to void winnings and decline withdrawals where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wild88 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it.

General bonus conditions that apply across all wild88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may have its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, game restrictions, and expiry period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

06 Betting Rules

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the platform specifically provides a cash-out or edit option for the relevant market.

• Bets placed on suspended markets, incorrect odds resulting from manifest errors, or events that have already concluded will be voided.
